To help reinforce Certified Services brand position as the experts we created an evergreen Youtube video series called “30 seconds of Certified Service” as part of a larger “Hero, hub, help” content strategy.

The insight was based on the fact that Youtube is the number one search engine for help content and we wanted to be there with the answers when people were asking questions about car maintenance. The expertise platform was launched with a TV spot and a series of 10 videos were created for launch.

These videos helped increase brand lift and had above industry average view through and retention rates. Clickthroughts to the online booking tool saw a significant increase for the fall and spring seasons.
