OLG wanted to increase game play among new, casual and occasional LOTTO 649 players but there was an education gap- people felt intimidated at the game’s perceived difficulty.

The client originally asked for a video, but the right solution was an interactive demo. Players could digest content in bite-sized chunks and learn the basics at their own pace without any intimidation. The benefit was that they didn’t have to sit through information they already knew. Our nonlinear FAQ approach let everyone learn from a different starting point.  The demo was hosted on OLG.ca

The OLG demo become the second most popular section of the OLG web site next to the “winning numbers” section. ​​​​​​​
