Mexican GM dealerships don’t always have everything in stock.
So they asked us to design a tool to help them showcase what they didn't have, and help them remember the ever growing list of features - a challenge that comes with a diverse lineup of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles.
We designed a tablet app for dealers. A rich tool with interactive features, it was also a customer facing app that could help highlight key features and act as a presentation and closing tool for the sales team. We leveraged the Adobe publishing cloud to push new content so the app content was always fresh and relevant.
Dealers reported reduced sales times and feeling more knowledgeable about the products and features thanks to comprehensive information included in the app.
